Our Story

Like the Amapola flower, our roots run deep—and every collection is a reflection of where we’ve come from and how we show up in the world.

A place where southern charm meets western spirit, and where Mexican roots are celebrated; Amapola Collections was built on the belief that where you come from shapes who you become; along with traditions, and values these things are woven into everything we do and carried with us wherever we go.

Born and raised in South Carolina, Paola began Amapola Collections with a love for her home, heritage and style. Moved by the belief that when you feel good in what you're wearing, you stand a little taller, smile a little brighter, and embrace life's moments with confidence. Whether it’s a day at the rodeo, a weekend in the mountains, or a family cookout by the lake, I’ve always believed that what you wear should express who you are. Because feeling like our true selves allows us to be fully present for every memory we’re making.

Every collection at Amapola is curated with heart and intention, bringing together pieces that feel like you.  My hope is that every order arriving at your doorstep carries a little feeling of home with it— to help carry yourself with confidence and to show up in the world as who you truly are.
